Work Time Measurement System
Standard work combination sheets and process capability charts can be created instantly, and work images can be saved simultaneously.
You will need to import the work images into your PC in advance, but by playing them back on the software and clicking with the mouse, you can obtain the time values for each element of the work. If you use the sampling function, you can also calculate the average values for each element of the work within the software. Once this is completed, the software will generate reports such as standard work combination sheets and process capability tables. If you save the images on your PC as well, you can conduct work guidance, improvement discussions, and confirm before-and-after improvements at any time.
